A 3 Day Stay, is a pop punk band from Castle Dale, Utah. Influenced by such bands as; Blink 182, New Found Glory, NOFX, and No Use for a Name. These boys have written songs that are suductive to the human ear.
The band started in early March of 2001, We weren't all that good of friends and we didn't know each other to well, but we soon got to know became best friends and started writing songs. Ever since we became obsessed with punk rock it has been out destiny to get our music around the World.
